Ofsted Reports

Rockcliffe is a Good School.

Ofsted, the Office for Standards in Education, is an independent department of Government that inspects schools.  Teams from Ofsted inspect schools regularly.  Inspectors are drawn from Her Majesties Inspectorate (HMI) and Ofsted Inspectors (trained or retired practitioners) from other schools. 

Schools can be graded as Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement (this used to be called Satisfactory) or Inadequate. Our most recent Ofsted report from February 2023 can be found attached.
