Protecting your data (GDPR)

Here at Rockcliffe CE School we do our very best to protect your data.  We will never share your or your children's data with anyone other that statutory agencies of government.  These include the local authority for safeguarding reasons, the DfE for the collation of pupil results and, if you move home, receiving schools.

All data is protected by designated user access and password in school.  Data sent out of school to other organisations is either routinely encrypted or sent using secure transfer protocols. 

Under the Freedom of Information scheme you can apply to see various items of data that we hold in school.  Most of these are already on the website but some are held in different formats.  Details can be found in our Freedom of Information Policy.
